The idea of us being Assassins has changed since the fifteen hundreds. Animals walking like humans and wearing menacing hoods? Back then, we were thought of as gods, or maybe descendants of the Apple. Who knows.
One thing is for sure, we hadn't known what we got ourselves into deciding to continue the lives our ancestors gave us. We can't help but think we're helping the world with what we're doing. I know that isn't true.
It's a dog-eat-dog world, and the streets are no longer safe. By the time he came along, our enemy was no longer the true threat, and everything became a Hell on Earth.
